Sportsman Properties Real Estate is searching for licensed Brokers to join our growing brokerage.

As a Managing State Broker with Sportsman Properties Real Estate, you'll be at the helm of operations in your state(s), leading the way and at forefront of your licensed team of Land Agents, Realtors®, and Real estate Agents who are connecting clients with their dream homes and outdoor properties. If you are currently a licensed Broker of Record or Associate Broker with a desire for a change in your brokerage or your business model, Sportsman Properties Real Estate wants to talk to you.

Sportsman Properties Real Estate Managing State Brokers are responsible for leading their states’ team by:

  1. achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals,

  2. maintaining active licensure as required of a real estate Broker in all states the Broker holds licensure,

  3. maintaining their states’ office in compliance with real estate licensing law required by the states’ governing authority,

  4. be the liaison and direct line of communication between their states’ licensed team(s), the Sportsman Properties Real Estate headquarters office, and the Sportsman Properties Real Estate Broker/Owner,

  5. staying current and up to date with all real estate licensing laws, legislation, and regulations in all states where Broker holds licensure as well as with all local, state, and national associations,

  6. providing daily leadership, management, oversight, and supervision to all licensees on their states’ professionally licensed team(s),

  7. providing proper training to all agents on their states’ licensed team(s) in regards to ethics, agency disclosure, escrow/trust fund management, fair housing, advertising, marketing, offer negotiations, contract management, sales processes, market insights (local, state, and national) , professionalism, Sportsman Properties Real Estate operating systems, record keeping, transaction management and more…

Managing State Broker | Requirements:

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate, the land and outdoor living.

  • Extensive Real Estate Expertise: Managing State Brokers must have successfully completed 20 real estate transactions as a Broker. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding your states’ team to effectively navigate the complexities of buying and selling home and land properties.

  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: As your states’ leader, you'll inspire and motivate your states’ team to optimize and reach their full potential. Your ability to provide guidance, support, and mentorship will foster a collaborative and successful work environment.

  • Strong Business Acumen: Success in real estate requires a keen understanding of business principles and strategies. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and achieve organizational objectives in your state territory.

  • Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication is key to building trust with clients and team members alike. Your ability to articulate ideas, disclose vital information, negotiate deals, maintain transparency, and resolve conflicts will be crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining client satisfaction.
